Seven houses overlooking a slope close to Lake Sapanca were differentiated to express different needs, different users and the different location of the land they live in. Four different types of plans were used, which shared the principles of common remodeling and structural solution. Despite the use of new and industrial building materials and components, the different typological identities of the houses, the relationships between flat, sloping or curved roofs and the land and each other were intended to give them a new local personality.
