Sayın İnşaat Undertakes Construction of Nesos Gıda’s New Production Plant in Kandıra
Nesos Gıda, one of the leading companies in Türkiye’s food industry, is establishing a new production facility in the Kandıra district of Kocaeli. The project, which is being developed as a turnkey contract by Sayın İnşaat, will be built on a total construction area of 11,775 sqm and is scheduled for completion in 2025.
Project scope
The Nesos Gıda Kandıra Production Facility will consist of an administrative building, production hall, warehouse, and auxiliary facilities. With its modern architectural design and state-of-the-art infrastructure, the facility is expected to significantly increase Türkiye’s food production capacity. Sayın İnşaat is executing the project on a turnkey basis, taking full responsibility for the construction of the administrative, production, storage, and auxiliary buildings.
