The relationship of the 26 houses with the land, the landscape and the visual and spatial connections with neighboring houses to Sapanca Lake were the important settlement parameters. A limited budget and the needs of periodic users required small spaces and simple, rational space and building solutions. The scale, texture and volumetric relations established with the conventional architecture of the adjacent village, the natural, uncoated, plain expressions of new materials in a local environment, and the diversity of settlements provided by the settlements despite the small number of repeated typologies are the characteristics of the project.
