Laying the Foundations of Nuclear Power
As Türkiye’s first nuclear power plant, the Akkuyu NPP is being developed to meet the country’s energy independence and sustainable development goals. Sayın İnşaat has played a pivotal role in the project by constructing key components of the plant’s technical and safety infrastructure.

Sayın İnşaat’s Role in the Project
Sayın İnşaat has undertaken several turnkey contracts within different lots of the Akkuyu NPP:
- Lot 8 & Lot 22: Construction of reactor cooling water channels and siphon structures
- Lot 11: Completion of the plant’s auxiliary facilities
- Lot 90: Construction of reactor tunnels
- Lot 59: Installation of fire suppression systems
